Regulations applying to this district. 
Before any building permit can be issued by the municipal Director of Planning, head of the Building Department, or similar officer or designee, review and approval by the Monroe County Director of Planning must be granted in accordance with Article Five, Section 504 A, of the Monroe County Charter. In addition, all other district requirements of this chapter also apply within the Airport Overlay District.
